Neil Kirby is an exceptional coach; one of the few to achieve a distinction in our Inspired Coach programme.

Neil has just published a magical little book which was inspired by a simple - and powerful - exercise that we facilitated during Inspired Coach.  Participants are encouraged to relate a metaphorical story that illustrates a challenge they are facing.  Neil's story took on a life of its own and became The Scarecrow's Song.
