Quest is a programme that Adrian delivered to thousands of managers and leaders in business and education between 1994 and 2004.

The principles presented in "Quest" remain at the heart of the Pathfinder Programmes. These podcasts are from a recording of the final Quest programme facilitated for a special VIP audience of managers and leaders from education, business, local and national government and the armed forces.

There are eighteen episodes in total and a new episode will be added every few weeks.
