Quest is a programme that Adrian Gilpin delivered to over 10,000 managers and leaders in business and education between 1994 and 2004.

The principles presented in "Quest" remain at the heart of the Pathfinder Programmes. These podcasts are excerpts from a recording of the final Quest programme facilitated for a V.I.P audience of managers and leaders from education, business, local and national government and the armed forces.

"In 'Quest' Adrian Gipin has codified what it took me a lifetime to learn," said the late and much missed Sir John Harvey-Jones. Sir John was one of the UK's leading and most influential industrialists and later the hugely popular broadcaster and original TV 'Troubleshooter'.
