Six videos set out the core principles of Pathfinder, what a Pathfinder is, why Pathfinders are needed in schools, teams, organisations and communities, and how to build on your existing Pathfinder qualities and skills. 

The seventh video explores the use of the Pathfinder Facilitation Storyboard in one-to-one coaching, mentoring and group facilitation.

The 7 Elements are the foundations on which we build our lives. Brilliant parents, teachers, coaches, managers and leaders build their influence and impact on these principles.

This framework resonates with all cultures and belief systems and is the foundation of many high performance leadership and culture change programmes throughout Europe, the US, the Middle East. Africa and Asia.

This is a recording from the IHD archive, of The Quest Programme which was delivered to over 10,000 leaders and managers between 1994 and 2004. 

A version was also created for school leaders and educationalists.
