Pathfinders are able to see clear pathways from where they are to where they want to be; and are able to do this for others.

Pathfinders as parents, teachers, managers and leaders:

• manage their emotional responses to frustration and restlessness better than most
• counter the negative energy some people bring with them
• engage with others better than most
• bring a vibrant, positive energy into a room
• are more sensitive to others than most people are
• are far less sensitive about themselves than most people are
• are more resilient and are less upset-able than most people
• are more confident and grounded in themselves
• are 'authentic'
